// DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cortex Coach provides an AI-powered workout conversion service that:

• Converts text-based workout descriptions into FIT files
• Generates files compatible with Garmin devices
• Integrates with intervals.icu for calendar sync

// ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use Cortex Coach, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

// FREE TRIAL

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

// SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($3/month)
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

// ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Cortex Coach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the workout content you submit.

// THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including intervals.icu and Garmin. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

// DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Workout conversions will be 100% accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements

// LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on workout conversions.

// FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Cortex Coach is a workout conversion tool, not a medical or fitness advice service. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You assume all risks associated with using converted workouts for training.

// TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

// CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

// GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
